Terms of sale
XLouLou · Terms & Conditions · Version dated 16/10/2026
1. Seller and scope
These Terms & Conditions govern consumer purchases on xloulou.com and xloulou.fr and the use of the website. The seller is Slimen Ben Attia EI, a French sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) trading as XLouLou.
Address: 15 rue Geneviève de Gaulle-Anthonioz, 92500 Rueil-Malmaison, France.
SIREN: 948 736 137 — SIRET: 948 736 137 00019 — EU VAT number: FR85948736137.
Contact: contact@xloulou.com; telephone and WhatsApp: +33 6 87 55 50 60.
The terms accepted when ordering apply to that order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Products and availability
The essential characteristics, variants and prices of each item are shown on its product page. All pieces are sold new, with their brand tags attached. Accessories such as a box, dust bag or card are included only where stated for that item. Looks worn on a model are styling inspiration; some are AI-generated or edited, and they do not replace the photographs and specifications of the item sold.
Stock may change between browsing and fulfilment. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we inform you and refund the amounts paid, without imposing store credit or a substitute. Brands remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Prices and offers
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), including VAT and duties for deliveries within the European Union. Shipping and any other charges are shown before you confirm your order. A later price change does not affect a concluded order.
Where a crossed-out price is shown, it is the recommended retail price (“prix boutique conseillé”), labelled as such. It is not presented as a price previously charged by XLouLou. Any announced price reduction complies with the applicable reference-price rules.
4. Ordering and contract formation
Select your items and variants, review your basket, prices, charges and details, and correct any errors before confirming. Final confirmation entails an obligation to pay and acceptance of these terms. An email then confirms your order and provides its summary and these terms on a durable medium; the contract is concluded on sending of this confirmation.
Keep this email, or request a copy of your contractual information at contact@xloulou.com. Contracts worth €120 or more are archived for ten years and are available to you on request. Orders may be checked for fraud prevention on objective, proportionate grounds.
5. Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering, by bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, PayPal or Klarna. Payment in 3 instalments with Klarna is subject to Klarna’s approval and terms. Billing is in euros; your bank may apply its own conversion fees if your account uses another currency. A declined payment prevents the order from being validated. Payment data is processed by our payment providers, as explained in the Privacy policy.
6. Delivery
We deliver to France and to the European countries available at checkout. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days in total, including preparation. Express delivery, when offered, is shown with its own timeframe and price at checkout. Standard delivery costs €9.99 for orders under €250, and is free for orders of €250 or more after discounts. The delivery period shown before you confirm your order is part of the contractual information. See Shipping & returns for details.
If the agreed delivery period is exceeded, statutory remedies apply, including termination where the legal conditions are met. Risk passes to you on physical receipt of the goods, subject to the statutory exception for a carrier you appoint yourself.
7. Withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. For items ordered together but delivered separately, this period starts on receipt of the last item. You must then return the goods within 14 days of your notification.
To withdraw, notify us at return@xloulou.com, by WhatsApp on +33 6 87 55 50 60, or by post at 15 rue Geneviève de Gaulle-Anthonioz, 92500 Rueil-Malmaison, France. Any clear statement is sufficient; the model form below is optional.
Return procedure: we email you a prepaid label and arrange a FedEx or DHL collection from your home. Returns are made by collection only; parcels dropped off at a post office cannot be accepted. Returns arranged in this way are free for orders delivered within the destinations we serve. The postal address above is not the returns address.
Pieces must be returned unworn, with their tags attached and in their original packaging, and are inspected on arrival. Missing packaging or tags does not by itself remove your right of withdrawal; however, you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This amount is deducted from the refund or, if the refund has already been made, claimed from you, and may reach the full price where the piece can no longer be sold as new.
Withdrawal may be excluded only in the statutory cases disclosed before purchase — for example, genuinely personalised goods, or sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. These exceptions do not automatically apply to clothing, bags, footwear or jewellery. Discounted and X EDITION items are not excluded because they are discounted. Supplier terms never restrict your consumer rights.
Periods are in calendar days. The day of receipt is not counted; if the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
8. Refunds
On withdrawal, we refund the amounts due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification. As we offer to collect the goods ourselves, we do not withhold the refund pending their receipt.
For a full withdrawal, the initial standard delivery charge is refunded; any additional cost of a more expensive delivery option you chose is not. Refunds are made using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost to you. For partial returns, we refund the amount actually paid for the returned items, including the discounts allocated to them; initial delivery charges are refunded where the law requires it. Store credit is never imposed.
9. Statutory guarantees
XLouLou is responsible for the seller’s statutory guarantees, independently of any commercial guarantee or supplier conditions. Contact: contact@xloulou.com or 15 rue Geneviève de Gaulle-Anthonioz, 92500 Rueil-Malmaison, France.
Consumers have two years from delivery of the goods to invoke the statutory conformity guarantee if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, they need establish only the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared.
Where the contract for the sale of goods includes the supply of digital content or a digital service for a period exceeding two years, the statutory guarantee applies to that digital content or service throughout the agreed supply period. During this period, the consumer need establish only the existence of the lack of conformity affecting the digital content or service, not the date on which it appeared.
The statutory conformity guarantee entails an obligation for the trader, where applicable, to provide all updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the goods.
The statutory conformity guarantee entitles the consumer to repair or replacement of the goods within thirty days of the request, free of charge and without significant inconvenience. If the goods are repaired under the statutory conformity guarantee, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee. If the consumer requests repair but the seller imposes replacement, the statutory conformity guarantee is renewed for two years from delivery of the replaced goods.
The consumer may obtain a price reduction by keeping the goods, or terminate the contract and obtain a full refund against return of the goods, if: the trader refuses to repair or replace the goods; repair or replacement takes place after thirty days; repair or replacement causes significant inconvenience to the consumer, in particular where the consumer permanently bears the costs of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or bears the costs of installing the repaired or replaced goods; or the lack of conformity persists despite the seller’s attempt to remedy it.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination. The consumer is then not required to first request repair or replacement. The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period during which the goods are immobilised for repair or replacement suspends the guarantee that remained to run until delivery of the repaired goods.
These rights result from Articles L.217-1 to L.217-32 of the French Consumer Code. A seller who in bad faith obstructs the implementation of the statutory conformity guarantee is liable to a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L.241-5 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the statutory guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund against return of the goods.
This English text translates the French statutory notice; the French version prevails and nothing here restricts the rights provided by law.
10. Liability and use of the website
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or restricts statutory guarantees or mandatory rights. These terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of your country of habitual residence where the legal conditions are met. Jurisdiction follows the applicable rules; no exclusive venue is imposed to the detriment of consumers. These terms are available in French and English; in the event of discrepancy, they are interpreted in accordance with applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
