Our pieces are supplied by our partner distributor, which sources directly from the brands, their licensees and official distributors. We keep the sourcing records for every order.
XLouLou is an independent store: we do not claim to be an authorised dealer of each brand we offer.
Boxes, dust bags and cards
Brand tags are always attached. Extras such as a box, dust bag, card or certificate vary from one brand and item to another, and are only promised when confirmed for that item. If this matters to you, ask LouLou before ordering: she will tell you what she knows, and never more.
Honest images
Product references, specifications and packshots identify the exact item sold. Looks worn on a model are there for styling inspiration; AI-generated or edited visuals are identified as such and are not proof of authenticity or exact dimensions.
